Complete renovation of 12,500 SF within the historic Libby Center was completed in two phases. The 7,000 SF Phase 1 remodel had to be completed during summer break between June 23-September 3. This required extensive pre-planning and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. Adding to the challenge were COVID-related supply chain delays. Project goals were met, and Phase 1 was completed in time for school reopening.
