Halme Cascade:
Built On A
Solid Foundation
Growing up in large family with strong roots in the construction industry, the importance of developing and maintaining solid relationships was deeply ingrained in Eric Halme at a young age. Eric joined his family's construction business when he was 16, while at the same time completing a degree in Construction Management. For 8 years Eric worked hands-on building custom homes and a aria of public commercial buildings. His next role included providing Project Management, Preconstruction Management, and Operations Management services for a heavy civil contractor, where he also became a part owner of the company for five years.
In 2021, Eric boldly decided to leave the heavy civil contracting field and return to commercial construction, forming Halme Cascade. The company’s mission is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. With the belief that a service-oriented leadership approach is critical to successful construction management, Eric has prioritized ensuring that clients feel seen and heard throughout the project lifecycle.
Halme Cascade’s service-oriented approach has received exceptional feedback as we merge the process-oriented nature of construction management with an emphasis on providing exceptional service to our clients. We lead with customer service and then integrate the necessary construction processes, creating a well-balanced and effective project delivery model. The result is a long list of satisfied owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees.
